Answers before appointments
A library of plain-language guides covers conditions, recovery and exercises, and each one leads to the physios who treat it. Patients keep their appointments, messages and privacy settings in one place, and physiotherapists run their week and their referrals from theirs.

The hard parts and how they were solved
Who counts as registered
ProblemIn India a physiotherapist is legally registered with a State or UT council. A national enrolment or a professional membership isn’t the same thing, and a badge that mixes them up misleads patients.
SolutionThe three are kept apart, and only council registration earns the “verified” badge. If any page on the site claims otherwise, the site won’t publish.
No double bookings, by construction
ProblemTime slots made in advance drift from a therapist’s real week, and two patients can grab the same hour at once.
SolutionA therapist sets their usual week and any exceptions, and the open times are worked out fresh each time you look. Two bookings for the same hour are impossible: the database itself refuses the second one.
Every row guarded
ProblemPatients, physiotherapists and admins share one system, and health data is the last thing that should leak through a missed check.
SolutionEvery table has its own rules about who may see what, around 258 of them, so the database itself guards the data and not just the app in front of it.
Answers that cite, not invent
ProblemPatients ask about conditions and recovery, and a chatbot that improvises clinical advice is dangerous.
SolutionThe assistant answers only from the site’s own clinical guides, strips personal details from the question on the way in, and checks the answer on the way out.
